If we have more than one adviser in one area, we will present these to the consumer
Share The Price Of The Lead
If we present the lead to more than one mortgage adviser, the price of the lead is then divided by the relevant amount. In better words if customer A completes a mortgage request form and we present that lead to 3 advisers within that area, each adviser will only pay 33% of that lead value. You each will have the same chance of getting that customer. We do not sell leads to the highest bidder.

| When we are set up | Our introductory pricing will be £15 per lead, per any type of mortgage. The price of the lead will be decrease if the lead is presented to more than one adviser. It will be divided by the quantity of advisers it is presented to. |
Conditions Of Joining Mortgagebam As A Member
- You must be qualified to sell mortgages within the UK and provide photocopies of relevant qualifications and memberships
- You must agree not to attempt any heavy sales tactics
- You cannot resell any leads generated from Mortgagebam. You must sit these yourself, or have an employee (paye) or partner of your company sit them. A network, is not a company!
- Invoices will be issued by email the first 2 days of every month and to be paid within 14 days for the previous month.
